Marking artwork inactive
If you have a client with lots of artwork, you can keep the old ones on the system but out of sight by setting the artwork as 'inactive'.
To do this, open the client record > Select the artwok tab > Open the piece of artwork > Switch off the 'Active' toggle switch at the top-right of the artwork details screen.
From the client Artwork tab, you can hide or show inactive artwork by switching the 'Show Inactive' toggle. When switched on any inactive artwork will appear greyed out.
Should you need to reactivate the artwork > Click to open and set the status back to active.
