** You can only connect your GoCardless account to one organisation. (Example you cannot connect your GoCardless account to both MagManager and GoCardless for Xero at the same time). **
Only required for users who have MagManager connected to a third party accounts package.
The paid status of an invoice in MagManager will automatically be updated via the integration with GoCardless. In order to update the invoice to paid within your accounts package you need to transfer the payment.
To do that go to the main settings page in MagManager > Under Accounts > Select Xero/QuickBooks/Kashflow as appropriate.
For Xero Users > Click Update Invoice Payments
For QuickBooks Users - Click Transdfer Payments
For Kashflow Users - Click Transfer Payments
