The Content Index Screen provides a simple index of the content in the issues. It's made up of 2 parts the Directory of Content pane and the sidebar.
The Directory of Content Pane
Displays the content titles in alphabetical order along with the page numbers
The Export to PDF button - is used to customise the content index and download it as a PDF. From here you can customise the following setting to create your content index and once selected, select export to download the index as a PDF.
- Font family, Font style & Font size
- Ability to add dots
- Height (spacing) (you can leave this blank for default calculation)
- Column width (you can leave this blank for default calculation)
- Order - select either by title for alphabetical order or page number order.
The Export to Text button - is used to download a simple text file detailing the client name and the page number.
The Sidebar - Navigation Menu
This allows you to view the following screens:
- Flat Plan Overview - Displays a condensed view of the flat plan.
- Manage Adverts – Displays the artwork of the booked adverts for the issue.
- Manage Content – Displays the artwork of the booked content for the issue.
- Quick Layout - Provides an overview of all the content & adverts on the flatplan and the main settings of the layout for each page.
- Advertisers Index – Contains the settings to create an advertiser index.
- Content Index – Contains the settings to create a content index.
- History – A record of changes made on the flat plan.
- View Flat Plan - Click to access the main flat plan screen.
