Email - Provides a mail to link
Telephone - Provides a call link
Page No - Provides a link to another page of the flipbook
YouTube - Embeds a YouTube video and provides a direct link to the video on YouTube with the option to Auto-Play the video on click through.

Opens
Definition: When a user opens your publication—i.e., clicks on it to view it in full screen
What it means: It counts as someone views a page but hasn't interacted with the flipbook                 •               Use case: Reflects active interest—the person was curious enough to check it out.

Reads
Definition: A read is counted when someone spends time actually reading your publication—usually by staying on a page for over a second, flipping through pages won't count as a read
What it means: Indicates deeper engagement—not just a click, but meaningful time spent with your content.
Use case: A better indicator of content quality and reader retention.

Example:
If 100 people open your magazine but only 30 read it, it suggests:
100 were interested enough to take a look.
Only 30 found it compelling enough to stay and engage.

Reader
Definition: The number of unique users who have opened the publication.
What it means: If a user opens the publications multiple times it will only record as a single reader

NOTE: When you are logged into MagManager and open the flipbook to check it, within the same browser this is not recorded as an open.
