To add artwork to a booking you have already created, find the client you want, and then click on the relevant booking.
(Note this is one way of adding artwork, you can also add it directly from the flat plan or the Artwork tab on the client's page).
This will take you to the details screen for that booking. If several bookings have been created together, you can find out which artwork box belongs to the issue you want by clicking on the booking line for that issue. In this example, clicking on the “August 2023” line shows you which advert box belongs to this booking.
Clicking on an artwork box that is bordered in red brings up the artwork details box. If no artwork has been upload it will look like this:
You can now upload artwork using the “Upload artwork” button, or by dragging and dropping onto the large pink box.
You can also:
- Add notes to be used for the advert or content
- Assign an artwork Status to indicate how close to completion the artwork is
- Assign the advert or content to a user
- Add a due date for the artwork
In this example, the artwork has been uploaded, and the status set to “Waiting for Customer Approval”. This means that the artwork is assigned to the client, and when you click on Save, you will have the option to send them an email including a link taking your client to a portal where they can approve their artwork or add notes.
You can also:
- Add notes to be used for the advert or content
- Assign an artwork Status to indicate how close to completion the artwork is
- Assign the advert or content to a user
- Add a due date for the artwork
Placing an advert on the flat plan
From the booking grid on the client record, click on the magnifying glass next to the August booking, this takes you straight to this advert in the flat plan.
As this advert has not yet been placed on the flat plan, it is in the left-hand sidebar and from here it can easily be dragged and dropped into place.
Clicking the centre of the advert brings up the advert details box, and again you can work from here to add notes, change the status or assign the advert to a client or a member of your team.
To proof your advert, click on the arrows to the top-right of the image to view an enlarged version
