Xero User Permission Settings
Listed below are the minimum permissions a Xero user needs in order to be able to link with MagManager through the Xero API.
To access user settings in Xero > Click on the company name top left > Select Settings > Select Users > Select the user and edit as required & Save

If the user does not have the Xero user permissions set up correctly in their Xero account, they will likely see the following screens appear when they try to access a client record:

In MagManager the user settings should be either set to Admin or if they are a non admin MagManager user, the 'Can Use Xero' option should be ticked.
To access user settings in MagManager > Go to the main settings page > Under Admin > Select Users > Select the user name > Update settings as required & Save.
