1 Setting Up AutoPublish

AutoPublish can be used to:

• Create a print ready PDF directly from your flatplan ready to upload to your printer.
• View and check artwork is print ready
• Automatically trim and resize artwork without having to request a graphic designer to do this for you.
• Set all your footers on the flatplan
• If you print with Stephens & George, one click and within minutes your publication is available for soft proof within Apogee.

2 AutoPublish: Advert with Crop Marks

If you have an advert supplied with crop marks, AutoPublish can remove these for you providing that the artwork supplied is a PDF file and that it contains a trim box.
