Premium Positions Report Overview
This report allows you to see which clients are booked into the premium pages across the selected publications and issue.
Access by selecting Reports > Under Customers > Select Premium Position Bookings Filtered
Selection Choices
Publication > Name - 'Leave blank for all values' > Leaving this field blank will include all publications on the account. Otherwise click the field and select the individual publications.
Items > Position - 'Select some values' > Click the field and select the premium positions to include in the report.
Issue > Name - 'Select some values' > Click the field and select the issues to include in the report
Create As.. - Select the output option for the report from the drop-down menu > Click Run Report
By default this will open the Downloads folder > Update the file name if required > Click Save.
(Your set-up may save to a different folder or you can select a different folder to save the file to.)
Open the file from the downloads folder or by clicking on the download icon top right of the screen and selecting the file.
Steps to remove a selected item
To remove a selected item, click to highlight it in blue, then press the delete button on your keyboard.
