If you have tried to download a CSV file from the Clients screen eg Client screen > All > Ordered by last booking > print via print icon CSV - you may find the report includes extra data and adds an extra header approx half way down.
The issue with the CSV file is that SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) isn't respecting the hidden tables in the report. So it's generating a separate report beneath the main one.
There are two options:
1 - Delete the additional rows half way down the report
2 - Export the data to excel spreadsheet then save as it as a CSV file.
