Use this to:
- Add Additional Text to the Description field
- Regenerate the Invoice to Pick Up a New Invoice Document Template
- Regenarate the Invoice to Pick Up Updated Client Name and Address Details.
To regenerate an invoice > Open the client record > Click Financial Tab > Click Invoices Tab > Locate the invoice and click the magnifying glass, to display the invoice details > Click the edit icon, far right of the invoicing line > If you need to add additional text, click in the Description area and add the additional text > If not, you'll notice the edit icon has changed to a save icon > Click the save icon - this regenerates the invoice.
NOTE - DO NOT EDIT THE AMOUNT FIELD. If you need to adjust the amount, cancel the invoice, adjust the booking and re-create the invoice
